Commissions and the Independent Offices are to
(a) protect the sovereignty of the people;
(b) secure the observance by all State organs of democratic values and principles; and
(c) promote constitutionalism.

We audit the IEBC Commission,who are responsible for conducting or supervising referendums and elections to any elective body or office established by the Constitution, and any other elections as prescribed by an Act of Parliament.
We audit the The Office of the Controller of Budget which has the core mandate to oversee implementation of the budgets of the National and County Governments by authorizing withdrawal from public funds.
We audit Public Service Commission (PSC) of Kenya. The commission manages human resources in the Kenya Civil Service and the Local Authorities.

We audit the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission whose mandate is to combat and prevent corruption, economic crime and unethical conduct in Kenya through law enforcement, prevention, public education, promotion of standards and practices of integrity, ethics and anti-corruption.
